Despite our improvements in the second half, the Tigers fall to a talented BGA team.
We knew going into the day that it would be a defensively focused game. BGA is strong, talented, and disciplined and we knew it would take our best to keep them at bay.
Our focus was on getting the ball up and out, stepping to contest the ball outside the box, and limiting our touches in the midfield. We showed some improvement in each of these areas, but any mistake we made, the Wildcats were able to find the back of the net.
The Tigers will look to bounce back against Grace Christian on Wednesday at the River Campus.
Congratulations to our cross country teams as they wrapped up their seasons at the state championship in Memphis and to the boys bowling team for defeating Ensworth.
