Varsity Tigers Beat Lipscomb Academy

Doug Brown
The MS Varsity Tigers were able to bounce back after their loss to FRA on Monday with an outstanding, winning effort on Wednesday. The Tigers served lights-out in the first game and when the Mustangs did get the ball over the net, it was...pass...set...spike over and over again. The combination of Madison Rhodes and Yori Crozier was a sight to see! The Tigers won the first game 25-10. The Mustangs didn't go quietly into the night, however, and bounced by to win the second game 24-26. After winning the coin toss to serve the final game, Madison Rhodes then proceeded to put three quick points on the board. Sarah Ajang and Enya Joseph then stepped in to close the game out from the service line. Tigers win 15-9 and the match 2-1. Go, Tigers!
