USN Climbing Victorious at Debut ASCL Competition

A. Hedman, Head Coach
USN Climbing set the stage for a promising inaugural ASCL season.
USN Climbing made an impressive debut in their first-ever ASCL (American Scholastic Climbing League) competition this weekend, claiming victory with an opening league record of 1-0! Our team demonstrated skill, determination, and teamwork that set the stage for a promising season.

Special congratulations go to Bryce, whose continued improvement stood out as he took on challenging routes and displayed the strength and technique that has come from his dedicated training. Bronson deserves high praise for his performance, securing an impressive second-place finish overall and showing strategic skill on both boulder and top-rope climbs. The whole team’s collective effort and focus earned USN a remarkable win in our first ASCL meet.

As our climbers set new benchmarks, this debut win marks an exciting milestone for USN's first foray into a national scholastic climbing league. We’re proud of our climbers and look forward to seeing how they continue to excel and represent USN in future ASCL competitions. Go USN Climbing!
